2007 Cross Country: Placed 23rd at the MAAC Championship (10/21) in a time of 24:08.80... was third at the Manhattan/Iona/Marist tri-meet in time of 11:06.07 (10/16)... took 30th place at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship (10/6) in time of 20:21...was 20th at New England Championship (9/7) in time of 20:32.
2007 Outdoor: At MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/5-5/6), placed fourth in 1500m in 4:48.76 and placed seventh in 800m in 2:25.09... grabbed sixth in 800m in 2:23.08 at the USMMA Coach ‘O’ Invitational (4/14)... took third in the 1500m in 4:50.64 at the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/6).
2006-07 Indoor: At MAAC Indoor Championships (2/16), placed eighth in 1 mile in 5:22.33 and placed ninth in 800m in time of 2:24.04... was sixth in 1 mile at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/26) in time of 5:20.53.
2006 Cross Country: Finished 11th overall and was Manhattan’s second best finisher with a time of 23:00. 4 at the MAAC Championships (10/27)... scored at the Metropolitan Championships (10/6) with a time of 19:26.00 in the 5K race, finishing 17th overall... finished fifth overall and was Manhattan’s second best finisher with a time of 10:49 in the 3K race at the Manhattan-Iona Invitational (10/17)
2005-06 Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.
2005-06 Indoor: Finished second with a time of 5:18.75 in the 1 Mile run 2006 MAAC Championships (2/17)... finished eighth and scored in the 800m run with a time of 2:24.47 at the 2006 MAAC Championships (2/17)... ran 5:27.29 in the 1 Mile run and finished fifth at the Princeton New Year Invitational (12/10).
2005 Cross Country: Battled injury throughout the season, but still managed to contribute... was the Lady Jaspers’ fourth finisher (25:11.1) at the 6K Iona Meet of Champions (9/24)... at the ECAC Championships (11/19), she took 56th overall in the University Race with a time of 20:09.9.
2005 Outdoor: Added to her indoor success as a freshman by also scoring in two events at the MAAC Championships (5/7), fifth in the 1500m (5:07.26) and eighth in the 800m (2:37.75)... qualified for the Metropolitan Championships (4/16) in the 1500m run... doubled up at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational (4/9), running the 800m (2:33.17) and 1500m (5:02.91).
2004-05 Indoor: Scored in two individual events at the first conference championship meet of her collegiate career, as she placed fifth in the mile (5:23.11) and seventh in the 800m (2:25.38) at the MAAC Championships (2/18)... opened the season at Princeton’s New Year’s Invitational (12/5) with a time of 10:57.71 for fourth place in the 3000m... finished seventh in the mile (5:31.38) at the Fordham Invitational (1/7)... qualified for the Metropolitan Championships in the mile run.
2004 Cross Country: At the Boston University Invitational (9/10) she finished 26th (21:11)... placed 87th at the Paul Short Invitational (9/25) finishing the 5K in 24:49.45... finished 41st at the Metropolitan Championship (10/1) completing the race in 20:17... captured first place at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/15) running the 3000m course in 19:55.3... at the MAAC Championships (10/15) she placed 12th (22:32.84)... finished 111th (23:30.1) at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (11/13)... at the ECAC Championships (11/20) she placed 24th finishing the 5K in 19:16.06.
Before Manhattan: Her 4xMile relay team were national champions... her 4x800m relay team placed second at the State Championships three times... was third in the state for cross country... set three school records... placed third in the 1500m at the state championships... First Team All-State... Scholar Athlete of the Year... two time All-American... a member of the National Honor Society... high honor roll all four years of high school.
