Before Manhattan: During high school ran indoor track in 2001 and 2002 and then started running cross country in fall of 2003... placed first in heat in 800m in 2004 at New Jersey State Sectionals with a time of 2:32... at Bergen Community College ran two years of Cross Country and one of track... completed Hawaii Half Ironman in June 2007 in 7 hrs... raced in Empire State Building Run-up twice in 2005/2006...has been participating in triathlons for three years.

Personal: Majoring in Exercise Science... ran the 2006 New York City Marathon, finishing with a time of 3 hours, 55 minutes
