2007 Outdoor: Captured second place at MAAC Outdoor Championships in 400m hurdles in time of 1:05.88 (5/5); at same meet, finished fourth in 400m in 1:00.07... took third in 400m hurdles in 1:07.26 at Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/7)...and took fourth in 400m hurdles in 1:07.59 at SCSU Owl Invitational (4/1)... was fifth in 200m in 25.96s at the USMMA Coach ‘O’ Invitational (4/14)... named to the 2007 MAAC Women’s Outdoor Track All-Academic Team.
2006-07 Indoor: Captured fifth place at the MAAC Indoor Championships in the 200m in 26.87s...won the 600m at the Manhattan Opener in 1:45.20 (12/1).
2006 Outdoor: Scored in two individual events at the MAAC Championships (5/6), while also helping the 4x400m relay team capture the conference title... she earned a third place finish in the 400m hurdles (66.96) and a fourth place finish in the 400m dash (59.78)... qualified for the Metropolitan Championships in the 400m dash... opened her outdoor season by taking ninth in the 400m dash with a time of 61.63s at Army’s Dick Shea Open (3/24)... her 400m dash time of 61.40s was eight overall at Princeton’s Sam Howell Invitational (4/7)... claimed fourth place in the 400m dash and seventh place in the 400m hurdles at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/30).
2005-06 Indoor: Took fifth place in the 400m dash at the MAAC Championships (2/17) with her time of 60.65... she also ran the third leg of the winning 4x400m relay that sealed the Lady Jaspers’ tenth consecutive MAAC Indoor team title... finished third (1:20.31) in the 500m run at the Yale Lidlifter (12/3)... competed in the 500m run at the Metropolitan Championships (2/5), posting a time of 1:19.33.
2005 Outdoor: Helped the Lady Jaspers re-capture the MAAC Outdoor Championship (5/7), by scoring in both the 400m dash (63.52s) at fifth place and 400 hurdles (1:12.74) in sixth place... qualified for the Metropolitan Championships in the 200m dash... finished eighth in the 200m at Army’s Dick Shea Open (3/25) with a time of 27.74s... in the 400m dash at Princeton’s Sam Howell Invitational (4/9), she finished 11th out of 34 entries with a time of 61.39s... at the Yale Springtime Invitational (5/1), she claimed ninth in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:12.35.
2004-05 Indoor: Earned points in three different events at the MAAC Championships (2/18), taking third in the 400m dash (60.08s), eighth in the long jump at 5.05m, and second place as the third leg of the 4x400m relay... qualified for the Metropolitan Championships in the 60 hurdles at Fordham’s Christmas Classic (12/10) with her time of 9.80s... took seventh place in the 500m (1:20.94) at the Fordham Invitational (1/7)... logged a time of 60.44s in the 400m at the Penn State Challenge Cup (2/12).
Before Manhattan: County Champion her sophomore, junior and senior year... a two-time Section 9 Pentathlon Champion... qualified for the state championship meet... finished third in the Pentathlon at the 2004 Loucks Games... was a member of the Division and Section Outdoor Championship team... a recipient of the Orange County Track & Field Officials 2004 Sportmanship Award... a member of the 2003-04 Section 9 Basketball Championship team... named to the All-Section team... a member of the All-Star team... honor roll student.
