2008 Outdoors:  Scored a 4^th place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships in 11:44.94... took 2^nd in the 3000m steeplechase in 12:03.82 at the SCSU Invitational (3/29)...   named to the MAAC All-Academic Outdoor Track and Field Team.

2007-08 Indoors:  Grabbed a 6^th place finish in the 3000m run at the MAAC Indoor Championships in 10:43.64... ran a 10:49.88 in the 3000m at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships...  named to the MAAC All-Academic Indoor Track and Field Team

2007 Cross Country:  Placed 53^rd at New England Championship (9/7) running course in 23:14... named to 2007 MAAC Women’s Cross Country All-Academic Team

2006-07 Indoor:  Finished 10^th in 1 mile at MAAC Indoor Championships (2/16).

2006 Cross Country:  Was unable to compete due to injury.

Before Manhattan:  Set the Catholic Central High School records in the 1500m and 3000m for both indoor and outdoor... helped her team to the Big 10 title during both the indoor and outdoor season of the 2005-06 academic year... a four-year academic Honor Roll student... Salutatorian of her class.

Personal:  Parents are Elise and Edward Janssen... has four siblings (Kevin, Kelly, Scott, Patrick)... born on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1988... major is secondary math education.
