2008 Outdoors: Scored a 5^th place finish in the hammer throw in the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a  26.72m mark... named to the MAAC All-Academic Outdoors Track and Field Team

2007-08 Indoors:  named to the MAAC All-Academic Indoors Track and Field Team.

2007 Cross Country:  Finished 80^th at the MAAC Championship (10/26) in time of 26:38.40... was 21^st at the Manhattan/Iona/Marist tri-meet  in time of 13:30.20 (10/16)... named to 2007 MAAC Women’s Cross Country All-Academic Team

2007 Outdoor: Had busy MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/5-5/6), finishing 8th in hammer throw with a toss of 28.28m;

placed 11^th in discus throw with a throw of 17.34 and placed 15^th in javelin throw with mark of 16.36m... named to the

2007 MAAC Women’s Outdoor Track All-Academic Team.

2006-07 Indoor:  Placed 9^th in weight throw and 13^th in shot put at the MAAC Indoor Championships (2/16), with marks of 6.83 and 8.72 respectively.

2006 Cross Country: Named MAAC All-Academic... competed at the MAAC Championships (10/27), and finished the race in 27:47.4... ran the 6K race at the Princeton Invitational (9/9) in 29:31.70...

2006 Outdoor: Placed seventh and scored for Manhattan in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 13:54.20 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/6)... placed third in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 14:05.59 at the Dick Shea Open (3/24).

2005-06 Indoor: Ran the 800m in 2:37.90, good for second place at the Jasper Relays (2/27)... finished 10^th in the 3000m run with a time of 11:57.06 at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational (12/3).

2005 Cross Country:  At Fordham’s Ram Invitational (9/17), she scored with a 41^st place finish, completing the race in 23:00.04... she took 72^nd at the MAAC Championships (10/28) with a 6K time of 26:24.7.

Before Manhattan:  Her high school cross country team won the Catholic League Championship all four years... was a First Team All-Catholic League XC selection her freshman and junior seasons...earned Second Team All-Catholic League honors as a sophomore and senior... holds the school record in the steeple chase... served as track team captain her senior year and won the Coach’s Award...competed in Junior Olympics and Empire State Games. 

Personal:  Daughter of Ellen Hamm and Robert Laskowski... has four siblings (Spencer, Emily, Jeff , and Janet)...born on July 6, 1987... majoring in exercise science.
