2007 Cross Country:  Placed 36^th at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships (10/6) in 20:44... was 33^rd at the New England Championship, running 21:13 (9/7)... was 10^th at the Manhattan/Iona/Marist tri-meet (10/16) running 11:37.22... named to 2007 MAAC Women’s Cross Country All-Academic Team

2007 Outdoor:  Captured fifth place in 800m at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/5) with time of 2:22.13... was 17^th in 800m at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/21) running a 2:27.24... ran seventh in 800m in 2:25.97 at the USMMA Coach ‘O’ Invitational (4/14).... named to the 2007 MAAC Women’s Outdoor Track All-Academic Team.

2006-07 Indoor:  Took 17^th in the 800m in 2:26.90 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/26).

2006 Cross Country: Named MAAC All-Academic... was Manhattan’s ninth best finisher with a time of 25:11.6 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships (10/27)... was Manhattan’s seventh best finisher with a time of 11:16 in the women’s 3K race at the Manhattan-Iona Invitational (10/17)... scored for the Lady Jaspers in the 5K race with a time of 20:03.00 at the Metropolitan Championships (10/6).

2006 Outdoor: Placed third in 800m run at the 2006 MAAC Championships with a time of 2:23:93.

2005-06 Indoor: Finished 11^th in the 800m with a time of 2:24.79 at the Metropolitan Championships (2/5)... finished seventh in the 1000m run at the Black Knight Invitational (1/14) with a time of 3:13.77... was Manhattan’s third best finisher in the 800m run at the 2006 MAAC Indoor Championships (2/17) with a time of 2:25.18.

2005 Cross Country:  Scored at the ECAC Championships (11/19), as she completed the University Race in 20:45.4 for 87^th overall... in her collegiate debut, she was the Lady Jaspers’ second finisher at Fordham’s Ram Invitational (9/17), logging a time of 21:55.62 for 30^th overall.

Before Manhattan:  Earned a spot on the New York State Section II All-Star team... member of school record setting 4xMile relay team that took first place at the 2005 Eastern State Meet... owns school record in 4x800 relay...  named to “Who’s Who Among American High School Students” in 2003 and 2004. 

Personal:  Daughter of Terri and John Bernarde... twin sister Kathryn runs for Marist College... also has an older sister Maribeth... birthday is on October 9, 1986... studying physical education.
