2008 Outdoors:  One of the top 3000m steeplechase performers in the regon...qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the event... set a school record (11:05.06) in the 3000m steeplechase at the ECAC Championships... she had set the MAAC record in winning the MAAC Outdoor Championships a few weeks earlier in 11:11.57... also at MAAC Outdoors, she placed 3^rd in 1500m run in 4:51.56.

2007-08 Indoors:  Scored points for the Lady Jaspers in two events at the MAAC Indoor Championships – placed 3^rd in the 3000m run in 10:28.48 and placed 7^th in the 1 mile in 5:16.92.

2007 Cross Country:  Placed 17^th at the MAAC Championship (10/21) in a time of 23:46.40... was 11^th at the Manhattan/Iona/Marist tri-meet (10/16) running course in 11:44.26... was 42^nd at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship (10/6) running 21:03.

2007 Outdoor:  Placed second in 3000m steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... finished sixth in the 5000m at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/21.

2006-07 Indoor:  At MAAC Indoor Championships (2/16), placed fourth in the 1 mile in 5:14.62 and placed seventh in the 3000m in 10:42.35.

2006 Cross Country: Was Manhattan’s seventh best finisher at the MAAC Championships (10/27) with a time 24:26.3... finished eighth in the 3K race at the Manhattan-Iona Invitational (10/17) with a time 11:00... ran a 25:40.10 in the 6K race at the Princeton Invitational (9/9)... was Manhattan’s fourth best finisher at the Toledo Invitational (9/16), with a time of 20:11.

2005-06 Outdoor: Competed in a limited number of competitions due to injury... ran a 2:23.35 in the 800m run, finishing in 12^th place at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18)... finished in 14^th place in the 1500m run with a time of 5:18.22 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

2005-06 Indoor:  Finished 10^th in 1000m run at the Fordham Invitational (1/6), with a time of 3:12.6... recorded a time of 3:09.93 in the 1000m run at the Metropolitan Championships (2/5), finishing 12^th.... finished 10^th in the 800m run at the Black Knight Invitational (1/14) with a time of 2:31.84.

2005 Cross Country:  Hampered by injury throughout the season, but did compete in two races... she finished 113^th overall and second amongst Lady Jaspers in the highly competitive field at the Iona Meet of Champions (9/24), running the 6K race in 24:10.7... in the first meet of her collegiate career, she was the team’s third finisher at the Stony Brook Invitational (9/2), completing the race in 21:54.78.

Before Manhattan:  Member of the school record holding 4x800 relay team...won the state championship in the intersectional relay at the 2004 Indoor State Meet...four-time Suburban Council All-Star...placed in the top ten at the Indoor National Championships in three events—4xMile relay (fifth), 4x800 relay (third), distance medley relay (eighth)...her high school placed second overall at the New York Federation Meet in 2004.
