2011 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
2010-11 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed fifth in the 60 meter hurdles at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 4, posting a time of 9.12 seconds...Notched a season-best time of 25.86 in the 200 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11...Scored points in four different events at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18, earning bronze medals in the 55 meter hurdles (8.36) and long jump (17'9½) while also finishing fourth in the triple jump (36'1¼) and sixth in the 55 meters (7.40).
2010 Outdoors: Won the 100 meter hurdles (15.47) and took second in the 200 meters (25.83) at the FDU Track Classic on April 10...Captured second place in the 100 hurdles in a time of 15.08 seconds at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 25...Finished second in the 100 hurdles (14.76) and sixth in the 100 (12.63) while also running the leadoff leg on Manhattan's victorious 4 x 100 relay squad at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.
2009-10 Indoors: Finished third in the 60 meter hurdles (9.13) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 5...Took second place in the 60 hurdles in a season-best time of 8.77 seconds at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational on Jan. 9...Ran a season-best time of 8.10 seconds in the 60 meters and placed fifth in the 60 meter hurdles (8.93) at the NYRR Armory Invitational on Jan. 16...Captured third place in the 60 hurdles in a time of 9.07 seconds at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Placed second in the 55 hurdles (8.35) and third in the 55 (7.32) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on Feb. 19.
2009 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Took sixth in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.53 seconds at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 21...Grabbed second place in the 100 hurdles (14.48) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4...Won gold in both the 100 meter hurdles (14.54) and 200 meters (25.65) at the St. John's University Monday Meeting on April 13...Ran a time of 14.46 to place third in the 100 hurdles at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 18...Captured the gold medal in the 100 hurdles (14.59) at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 26...Selected as Most Outstanding Performer for Track Events after winning five events-the 100 meters (12.55), 200 meters (26.21), 100 meter hurdles (14.77), 4 x 100 meter relay and 4 x 400 meter relay-at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3...A member of the 4 x 100 relay squad that finished 17th at the ECAC Championships (May 16) in a season-best time of 47.62 seconds.
2008-09 Indoors: Named to MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed fourth in the 55 meter hurdles (8.34) at the BU Valentine Invitational on Feb. 13...Named Co-Most Outstanding Performer for Track Events at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20, winning gold medals in the 55 meters (7.36) and 55 meter hurdles (8.23), while also finishing second in the 200 meters (25.83).
2008 Outdoors: Notched back-to-back first-place finishes in the 100 meter hurdles at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (14.33) on March 21 and the SCSU Invitational (14.56) on March 29...Posted a winning time of 14.47 seconds in the 100 hurdles at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 27...Won gold medals in the 100 meter hurdles (14.92) and 4 x 100 meter relay, while also finishing third in the 100 meters (12.50), fourth in the long jump (16'10) and seventh in the javelin throw (97'8) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4...Qualified for the NCAA East Regional Championships in both the 100 hurdles and 4 x 100 relay.
2007-08 Indoors: Grabbed the gold medal in the 55 meter hurdles (8.20) and the silver in the 55 meters (7.23) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22...Finished 18th in the 60 meter hurdles in a time of 8.90 seconds at the ECAC Championships on March 8.
Before Manhattan: Won the gold medal in the 4 x 100 meter relay and the bronze in the 100 meter hurdles, 200 meters, and 4 x 400 meter relay at the 2005 Swedish Championships...Finished sixth in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the 2005 European Junior Championships.
Personal: Parents, Mikael and Ewa, were both track & field standouts...Has five siblings: Maja, Jon, Wilma, Asker and Chiara...Born on February 22, 1986.
