2011 Outdoors: Nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award...Selected to the Capital One Academic All-District Team for the second time...Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished third in the 400 meters (58.21) and fourth in the 200 meters (26.10) at the FDU Track Classic on April 9...Secured sixth place in the 400 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15, posting a time of 1:00.24...Ran the anchor leg on Manhattan's gold medal-winning 4 x 400 meter relay squad at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8...Also placed sixth in the open 400 (57.48) at the conference meet.

2010-11 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Ran the 500 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4, posting a time of 1:15.83...Finished seventh in the 500 (1:17.16) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28...Placed fifth in the 400 meters (57.51) and ran the third leg on Manhattan's victorious 4 x 400 meter relay squad that set a meet record with a time of 3:47.89 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2010 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Took fifth in the individual 400 meters (58.18) and was a member of Manhattan's victorious 4 x 400 meter relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2009-10 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Ran a season-best time of 1:17.47 in the 500 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 22...Placed seventh in the 500 (1:17.80) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Took fourth in the 400 meters after posting a season-best time of 58.98 seconds at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.

2009 Outdoors: Named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team...Also earned a MAAC All-Academic selection...Placed eighth in the 200 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 21, posting a time of 26.61 seconds...Finished sixth in the 400 (58.03) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4...Ran a season-best time of 57.66 seconds to secure seventh place in the 400 at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 18...Collected a silver medal in the 400 meters (58.66) and a bronze in the 200 (26.71) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.

2008-09 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed fourth in the 400 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational (Dec. 6), posting a time of 1:00.27...Finished fifth in the 500 meters (1:17.03) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28...Won the 400 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 20) in a time of 58.19 seconds.

2008 Outdoors: Won three events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4, taking gold in the 400 meters (58.17) while also running on Manhattan's victorious 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relay squads...Also placed third in the 200 meters (26.2) at the MAAC Championships.

2007-08 Indoors: Took second place in the 500 meters (1:17.51) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 8...Secured third place with a time of 1:16.41 in the 500 at the Fordham Invitational on Jan. 11...Placed fourth in the 500 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 1, posting a time of 1:16.26...Finished fourth in the 400 meters (1:00.52) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22.

Other: Alternate for the U.S. Student Fulbright Scholar Program for a project that would allow her to live and conduct research in Kenya for 10 months with a non-profit organization.

Before Manhattan: Holds George C. Marshall High School record in every distance from 200 to 800 meters...Also holds the Liberty District record in the 300 meters...Garnered all-state honors in the 500 in 2005 and 2007...Earned an honorable mention Washington Post All-Metropolitan Track & Field team selection...Named George C. Marshall's Female Athlete of the Year every year from 2004-07.
