2009-10 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won both the shot put (32'11¾) and weight throw (39'8) competitions at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13, posting a season-best mark in both events...Took second place in the shot put (31'1) and third in the weight throw (39'1¾) at the Manhattan Invitational on Feb. 11...Finished eighth in the weight throw (39'9¾) and 14th in the shot put (30'11) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.
2009 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Grabbed a silver medal in the shot put (32'10¼) and finished seventh in the discus throw (85'8½) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.
2008-09 Indoors: Earned a selection to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed sixth in the weight throw with a mark of 37'10½ at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 9...Took third in the shot put (31'11¾) at the Manhattan Invitational on Feb. 12...Scored points with fourth-place finishes in both the shot put (33'5) and weight throw (39'5¾) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20.
2008 Outdoors: Finished third in the shot put with a mark of 34'5¼ at the SCSU Owl Invitational on March 29...Threw the discus 96'11½ at the Coach "O" Invitational on April 12, good enough for fourth place...Scored points in three different events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 4), taking third place in both the hammer throw (124'10¾) and discus throw (111'2¼) while also placing fifth in the shot put (32'5½).
2007-08 Indoors: Grabbed fourth place in the weight throw at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Jan. 31) with a mark of 42'0¼...Scored points in both the shot put (fourth, 35'3) and weight throw (sixth, 36'0) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22.
Before Manhattan: Captain of the track team as a senior at Delaware Valley High School...Holds Delaware Valley's discus record, and was a district finalist in the discus throw all four years...Named MVP for field and a Lackawanna League all-star...Won various academic awards all four years...Also earned three varsity letters in swimming...A member of the National Honor Society.
