2018-19 Indoors: Won the 800-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, crossing the finish line in 1:56.48.

2018 Cross Country: Set an 8K PR at the Fordham Fiasco on September 28, recording a time of 28:15.9 (47th)...Also hit a personal best in the 7.6K at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing 75th overall with a time of 30:12.15.

2018 Outdoors: Earned a top 10 finish in the DMR at the Colonial Relays with a time of 10:28.02 (eighth)...Took third as a member of the 4x800 team at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 8:03.88...Placed fifth in the event at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 7:48.95.

2017-18 Indoors: Earned a personal best in the mile at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 9 with a time of 4:25.03...Grabbed another career best in the 800-meters at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing in 28th with a time of 1:54.42...Took second in the 800-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:54.73...Finished sixth in the 800-meter finals at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, posting a time of 1:57.02...Earned a personal best in the 400-meters at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23, finishing the race in 53.19 and earning third...Competed in the 4x800 at the 2018 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 15th with a time of 7:48.31.

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.

Before Manhattan: Earned all-county honors in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field at Baldwin Senior High School…Also selected all-conference in cross country…Received the Nassau County Track & Field Presidents Award as a senior.
