2019-20 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic honors...Set a PR in the mile at the Crowell Open on December 7, recording a time of 4:34.89 and finishing fifth overall...Earned a top 10 finish in the 800-meters at the TCNJ Lions Invitational with a time of 1:59.90, good for another PR...Also set a collegiate best in the 1,000-meters at the NYC Gotham Cup, recording a time of 2:33.52 and finishing fifth.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Began the season with a 6K PR at the Marist Invitational on August 31, recording a time of 20:34.3 (37th)...Finished 17th overall at the Army West Point Open, earning a time of 26:54.7 for the 7.6K course...Placed in the top 40 at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:07.3 for the five-mile route (37th).

2019 Outdoors: Set an outdoor PR in the 800-meters at the Colonial Relays, coming in 59th place overall with a time of 2:01.32...Also competed in the DMR at the meet, helping the Jaspers to a 9th-place finish (10:19.82).

2018-19 Indoors: Earned a fourth-place finish in the 800-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 1:59.95...Helped the DMR squad to a fourth-place showing at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 10:24.60...Also placed sixth in the 4x800 relay at Mets with a time of 8:34.40...Set a personal best in the 800-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing 11th in the preliminaries with a time of 1:59.90...Also earned sixth place at MAACs as part of the 4x800 relay team, finishing the race with a time of 7:50.96...Competed in the 4x800 at the IC4A Indoor Championships, placing 14th in the prelims with a squad time of 7:47.82.

2018 Cross Country: Began his collegiate career with a 66th-place finish in the 8K Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 28:50.7...Earned 59th place overall at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing with a time of 27:36.8 for the 7.6K course.

Before Manhattan: Earned four varsity track letters at Xavier High School...Helped his team to a first place finish at the CHSAA Cross Country Championship...Ran the second leg of the 4x800 relay at the 2017 New Balance Nationals Indoor, placing third.
