2020-21 All-MAAC Cross Country

2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), won bronze in the 10000 meters with a career-best time of 30:19.21 … Also was 10th in the 5000 meters with a personal-best 14:49.16 …  Clocked a career-best mark of 30:38.36 to finish second in the 10000 meters at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … Was fourth in the 5000 meters (14:47.32) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/9-4/10) … Took third in the 1500 (4:08.39) at the St. John’s Invitational (4/16) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Earned All-MAAC honors after finishing 11th in a team-best 25:16.02 at the 8K MAAC Championships (3/5) ... MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Did not compete.

2019 Cross Country: Was the Jaspers' second finisher at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, finishing 10th overall with a time of 26:38.2 for the five-mile course...Earned Manhattan's top spot at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, recording an 8K time of 26:20.3 and finishing 17th overall...Competed on the NCAA Regionals on November 15, earning a 10K time of 30:57.2 and placing 118th.

Before Manhattan: Ran two years as a member of TCNJ's cross country and track and field programs...Won the 10,000-meters at the 2019 NJAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a then-PR time of 31:51.41...Placed seventh in the 5,000-meters at the 2019 AARTFC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a then-PR time of 15:08.93...Competed in both cross country and track and field at Glen Ridge High School, helping the cross country squad to a Super Essex Conference Liberty Division Championship his junior year, while winning the conference title as an individual...Also earned the conference individual title as a senior.
