2020 Outdoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed fourth in the mile at the Crowell Open on December 7, earning a time of 4:33.56...Set a PR in the 800-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational, recording a time of 1:56.37 (124th)...Secured an eighth-place finish in the event at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing just off his PR with a time of 1:56.83.

2019 Cross Country: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Opened the season with a 6K PR at the Marist Invitational on August 31, recording a time of 21:26.1 (54th)...Placed in the top 15 at the Army West Point Open on September 13 with a time of 26.47.8 for the 7.6K course...Finished 62nd at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships with a time of 29:18.3 for the five-mile route...Finished the 8K course at the 2019 MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 29:19.0 (123rd). 

2019 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned fourth place as part of the 4x800 relay squad at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 8:13.62...also competed in the 800-meters at Mets, finishing 18th with a time of 1:59.73...Placed seventh in the 4x800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 8:09.00.

2018-19 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Hit a personal best in the mile at Fordham's Brian Horowitz Invitational on January 11, finishing fourth with a time of 4:29.25...Helped the DMR squad to a fourth-place finish at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a time of 10:24.60...Also earned sixth place at Mets as part of the 4x800 relay team, finishing with a time of 8:34.40...Placed sixth in the both the DMR (10:24.58) and the 4x800 (7:50.96) at the MAAC Indoor Championships...Competed in the 4x800 prelims at the IC4A Indoor Championships, recording a time of 7:47.82.

2018 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set an 8K personal best at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 28:22.2 (53rd)...Followed up the performance with a PR for the 7.6K course at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing the race with a time of 26:27.6 (43rd).

2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a top 10 finish in the DMR at the 2018 Colonial Relays, posting a time of 10:28.02....Placed third as a member of the 4x800 team at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in a time of 8:03.88...Recorded a personal best in the 800-meter preliminaries at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running the race in 1:57.47...Earned fifth in the 4x800 (7:48.95) at the MAAC Championships.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed third in the 1,000-meters at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 9, earning a personal best time of 2:33.69...Recorded another personal best in the mile at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13, hitting a time of 4:32.97...Earned top 10 finishes in both the 4x800 (seventh) and the DMR (eighth) at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships...Placed fifth in the 4x800 at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, while also earning a seventh-place finish in the DMR.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2017 Outdoors: Placed 10^th in the 800 meters (1:58.28) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Registered a season-best clocking of 4:10.01 in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Had a season-best time of 1:58.04 in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the mile (4:38.54) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Finished eighth in the 1000 meters (2:36.23) at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14…Posted a season-best time of 2:35.60 to take 12^th in the 1000 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Ran on Manhattan’s distance medley relay squad at the Millrose Games on Feb. 11.

2016 Cross Country: Recorded a season-best 8000-meter time of 28:08.92 at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Finished 19^th overall after running 8000 meters in 28:52.97 at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Placed 21^st at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16, completing the 5000-meter course in 16:53.30.

Before Manhattan: Named team MVP in both cross country and outdoor track & field as a senior at Monroe-Woodbury High School…Served as cross country team captain…Posted personal-best times of 2:00.10 for the 800 meters and 4:24.97 for the mile.
