2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), placed 30th in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:27.91 … Clocked a season-best mark of 4:23.52 in taking 14th at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships … Was 11th with in the 1500 meters (4:34.01) at the St. John’s Invitational (4/16) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed fifth in the 3,000-meters at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a time of 8:59.22.

2019 Cross Country: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Opened the season with a 6K PR of 21:31.9 at the Marist Invitational on August 31, finishing 56th overall...Placed 32nd at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 11 with a five-mile time of 27.51.1...Recorded an 8K of 28.12.0 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on November 2 (93rd). 

2019 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished 13th overall in the 5000-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 16:33.07...Set a PR in the event at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line at 15:57.34 and earning 23rd overall.

2018-19 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a personal best in the mile at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, hitting a time of 4:29.87 (eighth)...Set another PR in the 3000-meters at the Yale Season Opener a week later, finishing fifth with a time of 8:49.60...Placed eighth in the 3000-meters at the Brian Horowitz Invitational on January 11 with a time of 9:00.3.

2018 Cross Country: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Set a PR for the 7.6K course at the Army West Point Open on September 14, recording a time of 29:19.3 (70th)...Finished 95th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on October 27th, crossing the finish line in 27:59.1 for the 8K course.

2018 Outdoors: Opened the season with a personal best in the 1,500-meters at the Colonial Relays, earning a time of 4:05.84 (71st)...Was a member of the 4x800 team that took third at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 8:03.88...Earned fifth place in the 4x800 at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 7:48.95.

2017-18 Indoors: Snagged a personal best in the 3,000-meters at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13, placing second with a time of 9:18.93...Followed the performance with a personal best in the mile at the Penn 8-Team Select meet, finishing the race in 4:30.54 (34th)...Recorded another personal best in the 1,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 2:37.04 (15th)...Earned a personal best in the 800-meters at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23, completing the race in 2:02.92 (6th)...Placed 15th in the 4x800 at the 2018 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships (7:48.31).

2017 Cross Country: Earned a personal best in the 8K at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29, finishing the race in 27:36.6 (356th)...Placed 40th overall at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, running the five-mile course in 27:49.3...Ran the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships 8K in 28:26.3, finishing 72nd overall...Recorded a personal best for the five-miles at the 2017 IC4A Cross Country Championships on Nov. 19, completing the course in 27:47.2 (136th).
