2021 Metropolitan Outdoor Champion (800, 1500)

2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), won bronze in the 800 meters with a personal-best 3:51.06 … Also ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay that finished third in 7:42.15 … At the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/9-4/10), won the 800 meters (1:52.50) and the 1500 meters (3:58.50) … Took third in the 1500 meters (3:55.01) at the CoVid Invitational (3/20) … Also was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that placed third with a mark of 3:23.42.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Placed fourth on the team and 46th overall at the 8K MAAC Championships (3/5) with a time of 26:44.33...Also competed in the 7.6K Jasper Winter XC Invitational (2/20), registering a mark of 27:52.8 in finishing 41st.

2020 Outdoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Earned a PR in the mile at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10, recording a time of 4:32.72 and placing sixth...Placed sixth in the 800-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, finishing with a time of 1:56.89...Set a PR in the event at the BU Valentine Invitational, recording a time of 1:53.90 and finishing 55th overall...Earned a silver medal as a member of the DMR squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a time of 1:53.90...Also won a bronze medal in the 4x800 at MAACs, finishing the relay with a time of 7:46.31.

2019 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 6K PR at the Marist Invitational on August 31, recording a time of 20:52.4...Finished 18th at the Army West Point open on September 13 with a time of 27:20.3 for the 7.6K course...Finished 56th overall at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, recording a time of 29:03.7 (five miles).

2019 Outdoors: Earned a top 10 finish (ninth) in the DMR at the Colonial Relays, recording a squad time of 10:19.82...Placed fourth in the 4x800 relay at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, finishing in 8:13.62...Also competed in the 800-meters at Mets, placing 15th overall with a time of 1:58.69...Set a season best in the 1500-meters at the Lions Invitational, crossing the line at 4:27.84 (61st)...Set another PR, this time in the 800-meters, at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing the preliminary race with a time of 1:57.95...Placed seventh in the 4x800 at MAACs with a time of 8:09.00.

2018-19 Indoors: Helped the 4x800 squad to a sixth-place finish at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a team time of 7:50.96...Also placed sixth in the DMR at MAACs with a time of 10:24.58...Qualified for the IC4A Indoor Championships in the 4x800, finishing 14th in the prelims with a time of 7:47.82.

2018 Cross Country: Opened the year with an 8K time of 29:00.8 at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, finishing 70th overall...Placed 58th in the 7.6K Army West Point Open with a time of 27:29.7. 

Before Manhattan: Earned four varsity letters in track at St. Peter's High School in Staten Island...Ran the 1,200-meter leg for the sixth-place/All-American DMR team at the New Balance Indoor National Championship...Earned all-state honors his senior year...Also earned one varsity letter in football.

Personal: Son of Galo and Amalia...Has three brothers, Galo, Derrick and Emilio...Brother Galo plays football at Pace University...Studying communications and would one day like to be a broadcaster...Born March 15, 2000.
