2018-19 Indoors: Placed 12th in the mile at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 4:33.26...Finished 16th in the 3000-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8 with a time of 9:32.95.

2018 Cross Country: Set a collegiate best in the 8K at Paul Short on September 29, recording a time of 27:13.8 (310th)...Finished 72nd overall at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on October 27 with a time of 27:16.4 for the 8K course.

Before Manhattan: Lettered four years in both cross country and track and field at St. Peter's Boys High School...Won the CHSAA 3,200-meter championship...Also won the sectional championship in the 1,600-meters...Ran the 800-meter leg for the sixth-place DMR team at the New Balance Indoor National Championship.
