2019-20 Indoors: Placed fourth in the 3000-meters at the TCNJ Lions Invitational with a time of 8:52.82...Set a PR in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup, recording a time of 4:29.56 and finishing 13th overall...Finished fifth in the 3000-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a collegiate best time of 8:50.52...Placed 23rd overall in the event at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:57.79.

2018-19 Indoors: Competed in the mile at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on January 12, recording a time of 4:32.78 (14th).

2018 Cross Country: Started the year with a 45th-place showing at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, finishing the 8K course in 28:12.9...Nabbed 36th place overall at the Army West Point Open on September 14, recording a time of 26:08.3 for the 7.6K race...Set an 8K PR at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, crossing the finish line at 26:48.5 (52nd).

Before Manhattan: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field at Franklin Delano Roosevelt Senior High School...Named the Poughkeepsie Journal Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2017...Won the Mid-Hudson Athletic League Championship in cross country as a senior...Finished 21st at the NYSPHSAA Cross Country Championship and 18th at the NYS Federation Championships as a senior...Qualified for the 2018 NYSPHSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 4x800m relay, finishing 10th...Also qualified for the 2018 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Championships in the 2,000-meter steeplechase.
