2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), placed 28th in the 5000 meters (15:55.49) … Finished 13th in the 5000 meters with a career-best mark of 15:48.26 … Took 27th in the 1500 meters (4:22.52) at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … At the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/9-4/10), was ninth in the 5000 meters (16:18.89) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Top Manhattan finisher at the 7.6K Jasper Winter XC Invitational (2/20), placing 28th with a time of 27:16.8...Took 67th at the 8K MAAC Championships (3/5) in 27:17.76...MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2019 Cross Country: Earned MAAC All Academic Team honors...Opened the season with a 6K PR of 19:53.2 at the Marist Invitational on August 31, finishing 23rd overall...Placed in the top 15 at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7, earning an 8K PR of  27:33.7...Finished 41st at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, recording a time of 28:16.2 for the five mile course...Earned a time of 27:53.7 at the 8K MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing 80th overall. 

2019 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished fifth in the 10000-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 33:57.87...Placed second in the 5000-meters at the Lions Invitational, setting a season-best with a time of 15:53.65...Set a PR in the 10000-meters, at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, earning 17th place overall and recording a time of 32:55.10.

2018-19 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 5000-meters at the TNCJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 16:10.72...Set a personal best in the 3000-meters at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on January 12, earning seventh place overall with a time of 9:05.78...Followed up the performance with a PR in the 5000-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, earning fifth place overall (15:42.62)...Competed in the 5000-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing 22nd and crossing the line in 16:07.69.

2018 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set an 8K PR at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 28:44.9 and finishing 63rd...Earned a 67th-place showing at the Army West Point Open on September 14th, finishing the 7.6K course in 28:36.7, another PR.

2018 Outdoors: Set a personal best in the 1500-meters at the 2018 TCNJ Invite to open the season, earning a time of 4:14.87 (fifth)...Finished eighth in the 10K race at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 36:04.40...Earned a season best in the 3000-meters at Monmouth on April 22, finishing with a time of 9:22.26 (fourth)...Earned another season best, this time in the 10000-meters, at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing the race in 34:22.31 and placing 21st overall. 

2017-18 Indoors: Earned seventh overall in the 3000-meters at the 2018 Yale Opener on December 9 with a time of 9:43.31...Followed the performance with a personal best in the mile at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Championships, earning a time of 4:36.73 and 20th overall.

2017 Cross Country: Hit a personal best in the five-mile Fordham Fiasco on Sept. 9, finishing the course in 28:15.6 and earning 28th overall...Placed 69th at the New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13 with a time of 29:01.9 for the five-mile course...Earned a top 30 finish at the 2018 IC4A Cross Country Championship, completing the five-miler in 28:36.9 (27th). 

Before Manhattan: Received the Bernie Ward Commitment Award as a senior at Kellenberg Memorial High School…Won varsity letters in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field…Also played soccer…Named to the Honor Roll all four years…A member of the National Honor Society.
