2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay that won bronze in 7:42.15 … Also placed ninth in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 3:54.56 … Won the 1500 meters at the Peacock Invitational (4/7) with a time of 4:09.06 … Finished third in the 1500 meters (4:02.02) at the Tom Farrell Classic … Posted a sixth-place finish in the 800 meters (1:56.30) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/9-4/10) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Placed fifth on the team and 57th overall at the 8K MAAC Championships (3/5) with a time of 27:02.62...MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2019-20 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Set an 800-meter PR at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10 with a time of 1:59.41 (third)...Placed third in the DMR at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 10:30.08...Also set a PR in the mile at Mets, recording a time of 4:16.38...Followed up the performance with a PR in the 1,000-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational, finishing 31st overall with a time of 2:28.58...Won silver in the DMR at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a time of 10:08.56...Also earned bronze in the 4x800 at MAACs, finishing the relay with a time of 7:46.31.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished first for the Jaspers and second overall at the Marist Invitational on August 31, setting a 6K PR of 19:17.0...Finished fourth overall at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7 with an 8K time of 26:30.9, again crossing the finish line first for Manhattan...Set a five mile PR at the Henry Mercer Invitational on September 21 with a time of 26:48.3 (10th)...Placed 27th overall at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 11 with a five-mile time of 27:41.7...Finished 26th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on November 2, recording an 8K time of 26:40.7...Competed in the NCAA Regionals on November 15, finishing 143rd with a 10K time of 31:18.4.

2019 Outdoors: Earned third place in the 1500-meters at the VCU Ram Invite, hitting a time of 4:02.44...Set a season-best in the event at the Colonial Relays, finishing 31st overall with a time of 3:58.16...Secured a seventh-place finish in the 1500-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, crossing the line in 4:04.69...Helped the 4x800 squad to a fourth-place finish at Mets with a time of 8:13.62...Earned a seventh-place finish in the 4x800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (8:09.00).

2018-19 Indoors: Finished second in the mile at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a personal-best time of 4:24.10...Helped the DMR squad to a fourth-place finish at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, finishing with a time of 10:24.60...Also competed in the 4x800 at Mets, securing sixth place with a time of 8:34.40...Placed sixth in the DMR (10:24.58) and the 4x800 (7:50.96) and the MAAC Indoor Championships...Qualified for the IC4A Indoor Championships in the 4x800 and finished 14th in the preliminaries with a time of 7:47.82.

2018 Cross Country: Opened his collegiate career with a top 20 finish at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording an 8K time of 27:09.0...Set a PR for the 7.6K course at the Army West Point Open on September 14, earning a time of 25:58.1 (33rd)...Was the Jaspers' top freshman finisher at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on October 27, finishing 31st overall with a time of 26:24.1 for the 8K race.

Before Manhattan: Won the Catholic High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) Cross Country Championship...Anchored the sixth-place/All-American distance medley relay team at the New Balance Indoor National Championship...Named the New York intersectional cross country champion in 2016...Earned two intersectional championships in the indoor 1,600-meters...Holds state section championships in the 3,200-meters (2016-17), 1,000-meters (2017-18) and 600-meters (2017-18)...Twice selected as sectional MVP...Also earned three varsity letters in basketball, playing the point guard and shooting guard positions.
