2018 Cross Country: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Placed in the top 20 (17th) at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, running the 8K race in 26:53.3...Set a PR for the 7.6K course at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing with a time of 25:28.4 (23rd)...Competed in the Paul Short Gold 8K race, earning a time of 26:16.9...Finished 99th overall at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, recording a time of 28:08.7.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Opened the season with a personal best in the five-miles at the Fordham Fiasco on Sept. 9, finishing seventh with a time of 26:50.2...Followed the performance with a personal best in the 8K at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29, recording a time of 26:15.7 (315th)...Earned a top 20 finish at the 2018 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, completing the five-mile course in 26:56.2...Placed in the top 30 at the 2018 MAAC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 27:01.1, helping the Jaspers to a second-place team finish...Recorded a personal best in the 10K at the 2018 NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 10, hitting a time of 34:19.6.

2016-17 Indoors: Took eighth in the mile (4:31.88) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Finished eighth in the 3000 meters (8:51.21) at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14…Posted a season-best time of 8:41.30 in the 3000 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 27…Placed fifth in the 5000 meters (15:04.98) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2.

2016 Cross Country: Began his Manhattan career by posting a season-best 8000-meter time of 26:35.68 for a 19th-place finish at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Placed 18th at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, completing the 8000-meter course in 27:06.20…Registered a time of 26:55.60 for 8000 meters at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15.

Before Manhattan: Named Rockland County Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2015…Won the Rockland County championship in cross country as a senior at Suffern High School…Earned all-league, all-county and all-section honors…Received the scholar-athlete award.
