2019 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the 5000-meters at the VCU Ram Invite, crossing the finish line in 15:02.24...Named the MAAC Male Track Performer of the Week on March 26  for that performance...Placed seventh in the event at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 15:45.04...Finished fifth overall in the 10000-meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, earning a time of 31:22.30.

2018-19 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a career best in the mile at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, finishing seventh overall and recording a time of 4:27.40...Earned second place in the 3000-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, finishing in 8:33.64...Placed fourth in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, crossing the finish line at 8:45.01...Placed 10th in the 3000-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:42.03.

2018 Cross Country: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Was the Jaspers' top finisher at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, earning fifth place overall with a time of 26:23.8 for the five-mile course...Earned All-MAAC honors as the Jaspers' top finisher at the 8K MAAC Cross Country Championships, crossing the finish line in 25:44.6, good for 12th place.

2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed third in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, finishing in 15:14.93...Earned a season-best time of 14:33.24 (11th) in the event at the 2018 Larry Ellis Invitational...Placed seventh in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning a time of 14:50.35...Finished 11th (14:57.03) in the event at the 2018 IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed sixth in the 5,000-meters at the Mike Massone Invitational on Jan. 12, recording a time of  15:37.37.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed third overall in the five-mile race at the Fordham Fiasco Sept. 9, finishing in a time of 26:20.9...Earned a season-best 8K time at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29, completing the course in 25:02.6...Finished fourth overall at the 2018 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:00.3 for the five-mile race...Placed ninth at the 2018 MAAC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 25:49.0, helping Manhattan to a second-place team finish...Recorded a 10K time of 33:38.7 (69th) at the 2018 NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 10...Earned a five-mile personal best at the 2018 IC4A Cross Country Championship with a time of 25:54.3.

2017 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Began the season by taking third in the 10,000 meters with a time of 30:32.49 at the Colonial Relays on March 30…Placed 13^th in the 1500 meters (4:08.81) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Finished 10^th in the 5000 meters (14:25.87) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 21…Took fifth in the 5000 (14:37.59) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Ran the 5000 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 12, securing eighth place with a 14:25.95 clocking.

2016-17 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Won the 3000 meters (8:31.60) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Took first in the 5000 meters (14:39.73) at the Fordham Vince Forte Invitational on Jan. 13…Posted a season-best time of 8:23.15 in the 3000 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 27…Finished seventh in both the 3000 (8:34.49) and 5000 (14:57.81) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18…Placed ninth in the 5000 with a season-best 14:27.92 clocking at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 3.

2016 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Completed the 8000-meter course in 26:01.25 to finish 14^th overall at the season-opening Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Received back-to-back MAAC Runner of the Week nods on Oct. 12-19…Led Manhattan to the team title at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, placing third overall with an 8000-meter time of 26:24.30…Followed up that performance with another third-place showing at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15, running 8000 meters in a season-best 25:11.70…Took 21^st overall after posting a time of 25:40.70 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29…Registered a 10,000-meter clocking of 32:24.50 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11.

2016 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 4:06.98 clocking in the 1500 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 17…Won the 5000 meters (14:54.59) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Took first in the 3000 meters (8:33.51) at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Had a season-best time of 9:21.89 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 22…Finished seventh in the steeplechase (9:23.27) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7…Recorded a season-best time of 14:40.34 in the 5000 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier on May 16.

2015-16 Indoors: Placed third in the 3000 meters with an 8:45.56 clocking at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Grabbed second place in the 5000 meters (14:54.24) at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 22…Took fourth in the 3000 (8:41.09) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Won the 3000 (8:24.39) at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 12…Secured fourth-place points in the 5000 with a time of 14:48.36 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Ran the 3000 at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 4, finishing 22^nd overall in 8:31.12.

2015 Cross Country: Finished among Manhattan’s top three in every race…Began his collegiate career by running 6100 meters in 20:06.80 at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Secured 17^th place at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9 after notching a time of 27:16.60 over 8000 meters…Covered the 8000-meter course in 26:12.00 to secure 20^th place at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Placed 33^rd overall at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, posting a season-best 8000-meter time of 24:59.10…Crossed the line in 32:56.20 after 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13…Took 41^st overall at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 21, recording a 26:55.30 clocking for five miles.
