2018-19 Indoors: Ran the 3000-meters at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on January 12, placing 14th overall with a time of 9:26.25.

2018 Cross Country: Finished 44th overall at the Army West Point Open on September 14, recording a personal-best time of 26.27.9 for the 7.6K course.

2018 Outdoors: Earned a personal best in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing fourth with a time of 10:59.98.

2017-18 Indoors: Placed second in the 5,000-meters and recorded a personal-best time of 16:00.38 at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 9...Won the 3,000-meters at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13 with a time of 9:14.19...Earned a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 20, finishing the race in 9:08.10 (34th).

2017 Cross Country: Opened collegiate career with a 58th-place finish at the 2018 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13, finishing the five-mile race in 28:33.3...Recorded a personal best in the five-miles at the 2018 IC4A Cross Country Championships on Nov. 19, running the course in a time of 28:21.1.
