2019-20 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a PR in the 3000-meters at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on January 11, recording a time of 9:26.45 and finishing 13th overall...Placed 18th in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 9:28.74.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2019 Outdoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic honors...Finished in the top five for the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 10:09.70...Earned second place in the event at the Lions Invitational, crossing the finish line in 10:06.68...Set a PR in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 9:52.6 and earning 10th place overall.

2018-19 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2018 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Opened the year with a personal best for the 8K course at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 28:42.6 and finishing 62nd overall...Set another PR for the 7.6K course at the Army West Point Open on September 14, crossing the finish line at 28:09.0 and earning 64th place...

2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Began the season with a personal best in the 1,500-meters at the 2018 TCNJ Invite, recording a time of 4:19.96...Placed third in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 10:44.40.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Was a member of the 4x800 team that won the 2017 Manhattan Opener with a time of 8:51.1...Earned a personal best in the 1,000-meters at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 9, finishing in sixth with a time of 2:46.19...Recorded another career best in the mile at the Brother Jasper Invitational, finishing in 4:37.98.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Recorded a personal best in the five-mile Fordham Fiasco race on Sept. 9, posting a time of 29.30.3 and helping the Jaspers to a team win in the meet.

2017 Outdoors: Placed second in the 3000 meter steeplechase (10:26.95) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Took second in the steeplechase (10:25.79) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Had a season-best time of 10:18.69 in the steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Finished sixth in the mile (4:45.63) at the season-opening Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Recorded a 1:31.43 clocking in the 600 meters at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Ran the 800 meters in 2:05.75 at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Had a season-best time of 4:40.6 in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in the coaches’ race at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19, finishing 18^th with an 8000-meter time of 29:29.00.

Before Manhattan: Named Darien High School’s cross country MVP in 2015…Received the Andy Pena Award, which is presented to the most dedicated, enthusiastic and positive athletes, as a senior…Earned FCIAC Student-Athlete of the Month honors in September 2015.
