2019-20 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a PR in the 800-meters at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10, earning a time of 2:03.55...Placed third in the 3,000-meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on January 17, recording a PR of 8:35.37...Claimed third in the DMR at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, helping the team to a time of 10:30.08...Also placed fourth in the mile at Mets with a PR of 4:16.24...Finished eighth in the 3,000-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:37.12.

2018-19 Indoors: Opened the season with a seventh-place showing in the 1000-meters at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 2:35.59, a personal best for the event...Won the mile at the Yale Season Opener on December 8 with a time of 4:22.55, also a personal best.

2018 Cross Country: Earned 35th place overall at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 27:47.7, a collegiate best...Placed 49th at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing the 7.6K course in 26:53.2, a personal best.

Before Manhattan: Broke the 15-year old Kellenberg Memorial High School 1600-meter outdoor record in 2018, finishing in 4:20.40...Placed 11th overall at the 2017 CHSAA Cross Country Championships.
