2008 Outdoors: Won the 400m hurdle event at the MAAC Outdoor Championships in 55.31 (5/3)... also part of the 4x100m winning relay team and part of the second place 4x400 relay team at the MAAC Championships... ran a 22.33 the John Jacobs Invitational (4/11)...posted a 53.75 400m hurdle time at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/18)... named to the MAAC All-Academic Outdoor Track and Field Team.
2007-08 Indoors: Finished 3rd in the 200m in 22.98 dash and 4th in the 400m in 50.29 at the MAAC Indoor Championships... ran 22.71 at the Metropolitan Championships (2/1/08)... ran his best 500m time (1:05.04) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational... was named a member of the MAAC Indoor Track All-Academic Team.
2007 Outdoors: Garnered 1st place at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/5-5/6) in 400m hurdles with a time of 54.80... took 3rd in 400m hurdles at the SCSU Owl Invitational (4/1) with a time of 54.84... Grabbed first place medals in the 400m hurdles at both the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/6) and the USMMA Coach ?O’ Invitational (4/14) with times of 54.40 and 54.82 respectively... named to 2007 MAAC Outdoor All-Academic Team... named to 2007 MAAC Outdoor All-Academic Team.
2006-07 Indoors: Named to 2006-2007 MAAC Indoor All-Academic Team.
2006 Outdoors: Came up three hundredths of a second short of capturing the MAAC Championship in the 400m hurdles, finishing as the runner-up with a time of 53.98s... also at the MAAC Championships (5/7/06), he was a member of the 4x100m relay team that placed second... was crowned the Metropolitan Champion in the 400m hurdles by finishing in 54.90s (4/22/06)... won the 400m hurdles Princeton’s Sam Howell Invitational (4/8/06) with a time of 55.27s... competed in both the 400m hurdles and the 4x100m relay at the UNLV Invite (4/1/06)... began the season with a seventh place showing in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.08s at Arizona State’s Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19/06).
2005-06 Indoors: The 400m hurdler during the outdoor season mostly ran the 400m dash throughout his first collegiate indoor campaign... scored with a fourth place showing in the 400m at the MAAC Championships (2/17/06) by running a 50.29, while also competing in the 200m... competed in the 400m at Boston University’s Valentine Invitational (2/10/06)... finished 10th overall in the 200m dash at the Metropolitan Championships (2/5/06) clocking in at 22.72s.
Before Manhattan: Earned All-American status as a high schooler for the 55m high hurdles relay... ranked third in the nation in the 55 m high hurdles relay... three-time time Westchester County outdoor pentathlon champion ... as a senior, he ranked third in New York state for the 400m hurdles... earned Journal News ConEd Indoor Athlete of the Week honors during winter of his senior year... made All-Section (IA) and All-Westchester County in the indoor 300m and indoor 4x200m relay...member of the National Honor Society.
