2011-12 Indoors: Recorded a time of 9:27.97 in the 3000 meters at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Also ran the 3000 at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9, notching a 9:28.58 clocking.
2011 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team for the third successive year…Opened the season with a 20th-place finish at the Army Open (Sept. 2), completing the 5000-meter course in 16:30.40…Finished 45th overall at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7), recording a time of 27:26 over 8000 meters…Posted an 8000-meter time of 27:39.00 at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28)…Ran five miles in 27:39.00 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19.

2010 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season with a top 10 finish at the Stony Brook Invitational (Sept. 4), placing ninth in 21:11.20…Took 16th at the Fr. Victor Leeber Invitational on Sept. 25, completing the 8000-meter course in 27:49.38…Ran top 8000-meter time of the season (26:42.90) at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29, good enough for 51st place.

2008-09 Indoors: Finished sixth in the 3000 meters (8:58.47) at the Yale Season Opener (Dec. 6)…Ran a time of 9:12.52 in the 3000 at the MAAC Championships (Feb. 20), good enough for 12th place.
