2012 Outdoors: Took eighth in the long jump (21’2½) and 10th in the triple jump (42’8) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Won the long jump with a season-best effort of 22’2¼ at the Lions Invitational on April 28…Placed fifth in both the long jump (21’10¾) and triple jump (45’3) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5. 

2011-12 Indoors: Placed second in both the long jump (22’5¼) and triple jump (45’1) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Secured second place in the long jump (21’9½) and seventh place in the triple jump (44’9) at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 13…Had a season-best effort of 23’7½ in the long jump to take second place at the Long Island Indoor Championships on Jan. 20…Also finished second in the pole vault (13’3½) at the Long Island Indoor Championships…Contributed one team point with an eighth-place showing in the triple jump (42’8¼) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26.

2011 Outdoors: Won the long jump with a season-best mark of 23’0 at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Captured the gold medal in the triple jump (44’3¼) and finished fourth in the long jump (21’10¼) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Had a season-best triple jump of 45’11¼ to place second at the Lions Invitational on April 30…Placed third in the long jump (22’5¾) and sixth in the triple jump (45’1½) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8.

2010-11 Indoors: Captured first place in the triple jump (44’11¾) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Had a season-best mark of 45’11¼ in the triple jump at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 14…Took third in the long jump (22’5¾) and fourth in the triple jump (45’6½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Placed third in the long jump (21’11) at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 9…Earned the bronze medal in the long jump with a season-best leap of 22’6½ at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2010 Outdoors: Captured first place in both the long jump (23’5¼) and triple jump (44’7½) and took fourth in the 100 meters (11.79) at the FDU Track Classic on April 10…Finished second in the long jump with a leap of 22’9¾ at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 25…Placed third in the long jump (22’6½) and triple jump (44’3½) while also finishing eighth in the 100 meters (11.42) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2009-10 Indoors: Won the triple jump competition with a leap of 43’1¾ at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Named MAAC Performer of the Week on Dec. 15 after sweeping the long jump (21’11) and triple jump (45’4½) competitions at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13…Took first in the long jump with a mark of 21’11½ at the Armory Holiday Classic on Dec. 27…Captured sixth place in the long jump (21’10¼) and eighth in the triple jump (44’6¾) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29…Placed second in the triple jump (44’1¼) and fourth in the long jump (22’1½) at the Manhattan Invitational on Feb. 11…Scored points in two different events at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19, finishing second in the triple jump (44’6¾) and sixth in the long jump (21’2).
