2013 Cross Country: Recorded an 18:48.00 clocking over 5000 meters at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7…Had a 35th-place showing after completing the 8000-meter course in 26:57.70 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 19…Finished 58th overall after posting a time of 27:50.09 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1…Registered a time of 35:16.80 for 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15…Placed 65th at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 23, running five miles in 27:13.80.
2013 Outdoors: Captured 10th place in the 800 meters with a 1:57.88 clocking at the Wolfie Invitational on April 20…Notched a season-best time of 1:56.30 in the 800 at the Lions Invitational on April 26…Won a bronze medal in the 4x800 meter relay and finished seventh in the individual 800 (1:56.45) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.
2012-13 Indoors: Registered a time of 2:41.10 in the 1000 meters at the NYRR College Night at the Armory on Jan. 12.
2012 Outdoors: Posted a time of 4:20.91 in the 1500 meters at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Grabbed fourth place in the 800 meters (1:55.89) at the Lions Invitational on April 28…Ran a leg on the silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay squad and took eighth in the open 800 (1:54.63) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.
2011-12 Indoors: Placed second in the 3000 meters (8:58.48) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Ran both the 800 meters (2:06.60) and mile (4:28.54) at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 3…Recorded a 1:59.37 clocking in the 800 at the Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 11.
2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 16:53.70 clocking for 5000 meters at the Army Open on Sept. 2…Finished 8000 meters in 227:40 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7…Registered a season-best time of 27:14.40 over 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28), good for 57th place overall…Took third on the team and 39th overall at the IC4A Championships (Nov. 19), completing the five-mile course in 27:07.
2011 Outdoors: Ran the 800 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1, finishing in a time of 2:08.22…Placed 11th in the 1500 meters (4:09.69) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.
2010-11 Indoors: Finished fifth in the mile (4:25.95) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Notched a time of 2:40.06 in the 1000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 21…Took 14th in the 800 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28, posting a season-best time of 1:58.67.
2010 Cross Country: Placed 19th at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational (Sept. 4), clocking 21:56.28 over 6200 meters…Posted the second-best time on the team at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 8), completing the 8000-meter course in 27:50, good for 51st place overall…Manhattan’s No. 2 finisher at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29, taking 33rd in a time of 26:19.10 over 8000 meters.
