2012 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 3:56.84 clocking in the 1500 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Placed seventh in the 800 meters (1:56.09) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Grabbed the silver medal in the 1500 (3:53.20) while also anchoring the silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay squad and finishing seventh in the 800 (1:54.30) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5…Ran a season-best time of 1:51.18 in the 800 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 11), placing 11th overall.
2011-12 Indoors: Placed third in the 1000 meters (2:29.97) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Notched a time of 1:53.40 to capture first place in the 800 meters at the Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 11…Won the gold medal in the 800 (1:52.53) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Made the final of the 800 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 3), finishing sixth in 1:52.22…Ran a season-best time of 1:50.97 in the qualifying round at the IC4A Championships.
2011 Outdoors: Captured 11th place in the 1500 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1, running a season-best time of 4:03.51…Won a pair of bronze medals in the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays while also finishing fourth in the 800 meters (1:55.33) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.
2010-11 Indoors: Took second in the mile (4:22.87) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Finished fourth in the mile (4:23.83) at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 14.
2010 Cross Country: Opened the season with a seventh-place showing (20:57.59), the best of any Jasper, at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 4…Finished 15th at the Fr. Victor Leeber Invitational on Sept. 25, posting a time of 27:48.36 for 8000 meters…Manhattan’s top finisher at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 8), completing the 8000-meter course in 27:23, good enough for 40th place…Placed 40th at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29, notching a season-best time of 26:26.30.
2010 Outdoors: Ran a season-best time of 4:04.49 to capture fourth place in the 1500 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 26…Took second in the 1500 (4:05.40) at the FDU Track Classic on April 10…Finished fifth in the 800 meters in a time of 1:55.32 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.
2009-10 Indoors: Finished ninth in the 800 meters (1:57.50) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19…Captured sixth place in the 1000 meters in a time of 2:30.80 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational on Feb. 26.
2009 Cross Country: Had a season-best time of 26:09 over 8000 meters at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 2…Ran a time of 27:30 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9, good enough for 40th place…Placed third in a time of 9:08 at the Manhattan Short Course Invitational on Oct. 21…Captured 27th place at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 30), completing the 8000-meter course in 27:37.20.
2009 Outdoors: Placed fourth in the 1000 meters (April 13) at the St. John’s Monday Meeting on April 13…Clocked a time of 4:09 in the 1500 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 26…Finished 10th in the 800 meters (1:58.20) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Ran a personal-best time of 1:52.83 in the 800 at the IC4A Championships (May 16), just missing the qualifying mark for the USA Junior National Championships.
2008-09 Indoors: Finished 41st in the 1000 meters at the NYC Gotham Games on Jan. 16, running a time of 2:39.84.
2008 Cross Country: Captured seventh place in his collegiate debut, a dual meet against Iona on Sept. 5, completing the 3000-meter course in 9:41.6…Finished 65th (28:20.5) at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10…Placed 77th at the MAAC Championships (Nov. 1), finishing the 8000-meter course in 27:56.92…Ran a season-best time of 27:01 over 8000 meters at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 22.
