2012 Outdoors: Took sixth in the javelin with a season-best toss of 171’3 at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Tied for eighth place in the javelin (155’7) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Finished second in the javelin (167’1) and 12^th in the discus (105’4) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.

2011 Outdoors: Recorded a season-best throw of 180’3 to take third in the javelin at the Dick Shea Open on March 25…Had a season-best mark of 110’3 in the discus throw while also placing fourth in the javelin (172’4) at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Grabbed seventh place in the javelin (162’7) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Took sixth in the javelin (169’10) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8.

2010 Outdoors: Had a season-best toss of 176’5 in the javelin at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17…Placed seventh in the javelin (163’3) and ninth in the discus (102’11) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 1.

Before Manhattan: Won Group 2 sectional and state championships in the javelin as a senior at NewtonHigh School…Named First Team All-West Jersey, First Team All-SCIL  and First Team All-Group 2 in the javelin as a senior…Also played soccer.
