2011-12 Indoors: Secured sixth place in the shot put with a toss of 41’0½ at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 8…Took ninth place in the shot put (41’5) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.

2011 Outdoors: Had a season-best mark of 42’6 in the shot put at the Dick Shea Open on March 25…Took eighth place in the shot put (41’2½) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8.

2010-11 Indoors: Captured seventh place in the shot put with a mark of 41’1 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2010 Outdoors: Took ninth with a season-best throw of 131’5 in the discus at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 26…Placed 10^th in the shot put (39’0½) and 13^th in the discus (86’3) at the FDU Track Classic on April 10…Earned sixth-place points with a season-best mark of 42’2¾ in the shot put at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 1.

2009-10 Indoors: Had a season-best throw of 42’4¾ at the NYRR Armory Invitational on Jan. 16…Tied for eighth place in the shot put (41’11½ ) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29…Took seventh place in the shot put with a mark of 42’2¼ at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19).

Before Manhattan: Earned team MVP honors as a senior at Tappan Zee High School…Won both league and Class B championships both indoors and outdoors as a senior…Named to the all-league, all-county and all-section indoor and outdoor track & field teams.
