2010 Cross Country: Finished 35^th at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational (Sept. 4), completing the 6200-meter course in 24:35.85...Ran a season-best time of 29:55.0 over 8000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 8.

2010 Outdoors: Competed in the 5000 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 2), finishing in a time of 17:51.47.

2009-10 Indoors: Finished 11^th in the 5000 meters (17:02.52) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Ran a season-best time of 16:46.20 in the 5000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.

2009 Cross Country: Completed the 6200-meter course in 23:13.99 at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 5...Ran a time of 10:07 over 3000 meters at the Manhattan Short Course Invitational on Oct. 21.

2008-09 Indoors: Ran a time of 10:03.38 in the 3000 meters at the season-opening Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 6...Finished 16^th in the 3000 (9:58.00) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20.

2008 Cross Country: Placed 16^th in a dual meet against Iona on Sept. 5, completing the 3000-meter course in 10:09.7...Posted a season-best time of 29:35.4 over 8000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10.

Before Manhattan: Named all-league in indoor track as a senior at St. Anthony's High School after earning all-league honors in cross country as a junior.
