2010 Outdoors: Had a season-best mark of 43'5¾ in the shot put at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 2...Placed fourth in the discus (126'0) at the FDU Track Classic on April 10...Took second in the javelin with a season-best toss of 190'8 at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17...Won the gold medal in the javelin throw (189'8) and finished fourth in the shot put (42'7) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2009-10 Indoors: Finished second in the shot put at the Manhattan College Opener (Dec. 1) with a season-best toss of 44'9½...Scored two points with a seventh-place finish in the shot put (44'11¾) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Took sixth in the shot put with a mark of 43'7 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.

2009 Outdoors: Took third in the shot put with a mark of 44'2½ at the St. John's Monday Meeting on April 13...Finished sixth in the shot put (39'4¼) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3...Competed in the javelin throw at the IC4A Championships on May 16, placing 22^nd with a toss of 184'10.

2008-09 Indoors: Won the bronze medal in the shot put (46'3¾) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20.
