2004 Cross Country: At the Boston University Invitational he placed third finishing in 26:26... captured 92nd (25:46.03) at the Paul Short Invitational (9/25/04)... placed 34th at the Metropolitan Championships (10/1/04) finishing the five Mile in 26:48.0... at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/15/04) he captured third place (16:27.9)... finished 12th at the MAAC Championships after his run of 25:58.99... placed 46th (32:23.6) at the Northeast Regional Championships (11/13/04).
2004 Outdoor: Captured fifth place in the 3000m Steeple Chase (9:59.28) at the Dick Shea Open (3/27/04)... at the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/04) he finished fourth in the 3000m Steeple Chase finishing in 9:32.60... placed sixth in the 3000m Steeple Chase (9:47.27) and seventh in the 1500m (4:05.02) at the MAAC Championships (5/1/04)... finished seventh in the 800m (1:58.61) at the Saint John's Collegiate Classic (5/8/04).
2003-04 Indoor: Placed 14th in the 3000m Run finishing in a time of 9:39.91 at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational (1/9/04)... at the Army Invitational (1/24/04) he placed 12th after running the 3000m in 9:37.25... finished 20th in the Mile Run (4:27.25) at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04).
Before Manhattan: Transferred to MC after running at Quinnipiac University for one year... Captain for both Cross Country and Track high school teams... as a high schooler, he was a member of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed second at the Eastern Championships... as a senior he won the 3000m Yale Invitational Run... was a member of the winning NY State 4x800m relay... holds six high school records: 3000m Steeplechase, SMR, DMR, 4x400m, 4x800m, 4x1Mile.
Personal: Majoring in Spanish... born on January 10, 1984... son of Glenn and Diane... two siblings, Ryan and a twin brother named Tyler, who also runs cross country and track for Manhattan.
