2008 Outdoors:  Placed 4^th in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:41.28... placed 7^th in 10:02.63 at the Yale Springtime Invitational.

2007-08 Indoors:  Finished 10^th in 9:10.09 in the 3000m run at the MAAC Indoor Championships.

2007 Cross Country:  Was 43^rd at MAAC Championship running a 27:41.80 (10/26)... finished 80^th at Metropolitan Cross Country Championship (10/6) in time of 29:34.50... was 32^nd at New England Championship (9/7) with time of 29:04.

2007 Outdoors:  Grabbed sixth place in 3000m steeplechase at MAAC Outdoor Championships (5/5) with time of 10:17.32... finished in eighth place in 3000m steeplechase in Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/21).

2006-07 Indoors: Finished eighth in 3000m at MAAC Indoor Championships (2/16) with time of 9:04.85... posted 14^th place finish in 3000m at Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/26) in time of 9:01.19.

Before Manhattan:  While at Monroe Township H.S., All-County three times... All-Conference nine times... USATF New Jersey 5K champion 4 times (twice in cross country; twice in track)... Region 21 steeplechase champ.

Personal:  Majoring in  Secondary Education... brother was All-State runner in high school, finishing third at New Jersey Championships in 1998; sister ran for Rutgers.
