2011 Outdoors: Selected to the Capital One Academic All-District Team...Also earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic squad...Took second in the 5000 meters (15:08.1) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15...Ran a season-best time of 4:01.20 for the 1500 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 22...Captured the gold medal in the 10,000 meters (31:33.25) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7...Came back the next day to take fourth in the 5000 (15:13.11) at the MAAC Championships...Ran the 10,000 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 13), placing 21^st in a season-best time of 31:29.05.

2010-11 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Selected MAAC Performer of the Week on Dec. 7 after winning the 5000 meters (14:59.67) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4...Notched a season-best time of 8:24.21 in the 3000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 21, good enough for fourth place...Won gold in the 5000 (14:47.66) and placed fourth in the 3000 (8:31.16) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28...Set a meet record of 14:32.79 to take the gold medal in the 5000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18...Also ran the 3000 at the MAAC Championships, finishing sixth in 8:39.80...Took 14^th in the 5000 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 5), running a season-best time of 14:32.39.

2010 Cross Country: Took 20^th overall at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 18), recording a time of 25:49.47 over 8000 meters...Named MAAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 27 after taking first place overall (26:19.43) at the Fr. Victor Leeber, S.J., Invitational on Sept. 25...Finished 14^th at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29, completing the 8000-meter course in 25:15.80...Placed second in the University Division at the IC4A Cross Country Championships on Nov. 20, posting a time of 25:27.80 for five miles.

2007-08 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Took fifth in the 3000 meters (8:42.68) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 8.

2007 Cross Country: Placed 10^th in a time of 27:05.30 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 6...Captured second place in a time of 8:57 at the 3000-meter Manhattan Short Course Invitational on Oct. 16...Placed 10^th, the highest of any Jasper, at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 26, posting a time of 25:55.6 for 8000 meters...Finished 55^th at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 10, completing the 10,000-meter course in 31:14...Took third in a time of 25:52 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 17.

2007 Outdoors: Grabbed fourth place with a time of 15:26.95 in the 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 21...Finished third in the 5000 (14:48.66) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.

2006-07 Indoors: Captured the silver medal in the 3000 meters (8:40.95) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 16.

Before Manhattan:  Finished third overall at the 2006 Swedish Cross Country Championships...Won the 2004 Swedish junior championship in the 3000 meters...Set personal bests of 8:32.04 in the 3000 meters and 15:21.29 in the 5000 meters.
