2006 Cross Country: Finished fourth on the team and 25th overall at the MAAC Championships (10/27)... was the third Jasper to cross the finish line at the NCAA Northeast Region Championships (11/11)... opened the season as the team’s second finisher at the Princeton Invitational (9/9).
2006 Outdoor: Ran the 800m and 1500m at the MAAC Championships (5/6)... competed in the 1500m at the Metropolitan Championships (4/21), where he ran a seasonal best... ran his only 5K of the season at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/7).
2005-06 Indoor: Claimed fifth overall in the mile run at the MAAC Championships (2/17)... set an indoor best in the 1500m run at the Armory’s Thursday Night at the Races (1/26)... ran his best 800m race of the season at the Fordham Invitational (1/6).
2005 Cross Country: Finished 45th overall at the MAAC Championships (10/28/05) with a time of 27:40.9... was 160th overall at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/12/05) with a time of 34:03.3 in the 10K race... at the IC4A University Race, he was 91st overall at 27:55.7... ran 17:38.11 at the Stony Brook Invitational (9/2/05) to open the season... finished 150th out of 297 with a time of 27:25.80 at the Iona Meet of Champions (9/24/05).
2005 Outdoor: Qualified for the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/05) in the 1500m... opened the season at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19/05), finishing 28th in the 1500m (4:08.95)... at Princeton’s Sam Howell Invitational (4/8/05), he logged a 30th place finish in the 1500m at 4:11.31.
2004-05 Indoor: Raced to a seventh place finish in the 1000m (2:31.93) at Metropolitan Championships (1/30/05)... finished 11th in the 800m (1:58.57) at the MAAC Championships (2/18/05)... ran a 4:33.08 mile for 10th place at Army’s Black Knight Invitational (1/15/05).
Before Manhattan: His junior and senior year he captured back-to-back titles in the mile at the NSCHSAA Championships.
