2009 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team... scored points with a 6th place finish in the 800m run at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 2:00.51... finished 9th in the 1500m run in 4:06.06 at the Sam Howell Invitational... posted a 9:54.86 in the 3000 steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
2008 Outdoors: Placed eighth in the 1500m in 4:06.15 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships; also captured 12th in the 800m at the meet in 2:02.58... ran a 1:58 800m run at the Baldy Castillo0 Invitational (3/21)... named to the MAAC All-Academic Outdoor Track and Field Team.
2007-08 Indoors: Captured 7th in the 1 mile run in 4:28.25 at the MAAC Indoor Championships... finished 7th in 2:32.44 in 1000m run at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (2/1/08)... took 7th in the 1 mile run in 4:30.96 at the Fordham Invitational (1/11/08)... was named a member of the MAAC Indoor Track All-Academic Team.
2007 Cross Country: Finished 30th at MAAC Championship (10/26) in time of 27.10... captured 10th at Manhattan/Iona/Marist tri-meet (10/16) in time of 9:16... took 9th place in 27:10 at New England Championship (9/7)... named to 2007 MAAC Cross Country All-Academic Team.
2007 Outdoors: Grabbed sixth place at MAAC Outdoor Championships (5.5) in the 1500m with a time of 4:03.33; also finished 11th in that meet in the 800m... grabbed sixth place in 800m at Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/21) with time of 1:58.90.
2006-07 Indoors: Captured fifth place at Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/26) in the 1000m with a time of 2:34.30... ran sixth in 1 mile with time of 4:25.34 at MAAC Indoor Championships (2/6); grabbed ninth place at the meet in the 800m with a time of 2:00.05.
Before Manhattan: Competed at the 2003 National Junior Olympics, claiming 18th place in the cross country race... served as XC captain during his senior season... garnered First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District honors for his efforts during the 2004 XC season, while also qualifying for the Washington State Championships... set three personal records as a junior in the 5K (16:04.0), 1600m (4:22.7), 800m (1:57.7)... inducted into the National Honor Society.
Personal: born on September 20, 1987... reached Eagle Scout status, the highest attainable honor awarded by the Boy Scouts of America, in the summer of 2005.
