2009 Cross Country: Manhattan's top finisher five different times...Finished second overall at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational (Sept. 5), completing the 6200-meter course in 20:27.18...Ran a season-best time of 25:32.00 over 8000 meters at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 2...Secured 20th place with a time of 26:29.10 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 21...Posted a time of 33:01.00 over a 10,000-meter course at the NCAA East Regional Championships (Nov. 14).
2009 Outdoors: Took first place in the 1500 meters (3:54.18) at the New York Relays... Attained an NCAA regional qualifying mark in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 18, running the event in 9:06.36...Finished fifth in the 1500 meters at the MAAC Championships (May 3).
2008-09 Indoors: Finished second in the 3000 meters (8:43.90) at the Yale Season Opener (Dec. 6)...Placed third in the mile at the Metro Coaches Invitational (Jan. 9) in a time of 4:16.44...Secured fourth place in the mile at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Jan. 29), finishing the event in 4:14.88...Claimed two silver medals at the MAAC Championships (Feb. 20), one in the 800 meters (1:52.38) and another in the mile (4:11.40).
2008 Outdoors: Ran a time of 9:18.31 to take third place in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 4)...Placed second in the 800 meters (1:53.98) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 18...At the MAAC Championships (May 4), won the gold medal in the 800 meters in a time of 1:54.28.
2007-08 Indoors: Took first place in the 3000 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 8, finishing in a time of 8:33.65...Finished fourth in the mile (4:19.24) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1)...Secured second place in the 800 meters (1:55.96) and fifth in the mile (4:19.51) at the MAAC Championships on Feb. 22.
