2011 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished 12th in the 200 meters (22.82) and 19th in the 100 meters (11.40) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18.

2010-11 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned sixth-place points with a 22.93 clocking in the 200 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28...Took first in the 55 meters in a time of 6.6 seconds at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 9...Anchored the bronze medal-winning 4x400 meter relay squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18...Also finished fourth in the 55 (6.62) and fifth in the 200 (22.71) at the MAAC Championships.

2010 Outdoors: Ran a season-best time of 50.26 seconds over 400 meters at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 19...Took fifth in the 400 (50.92) and eighth in the 200 (22.93) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2009-10 Indoors: Won the 400 meters (50.40) at the season-opening Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 5...Earned fifth-place points in the 400 (50.37) at  the NYRR Armory Invitational on Jan. 16...Captured 11th place in the 400 with a 50.33 clocking at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Finished second in the 400 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19), posting a time of 49.52 seconds.

2008-09 Indoors: Grabbed second place in the 200 meters with a time of 22.47 seconds at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 6 before missing the rest of the season with an injury that also forced him to miss the outdoor campaign.

2008 Outdoors: Opened the season by posting a time of 22.29 seconds in the 200 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 22...Finished fourth in the 200 (22.63) at the SCSU Invitational on March 29...Ran a time of 50.17 seconds in the 400 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 27, good enough for third place...Claimed a pair of silver medals in the 200 (22.38) and 400 (49.12) while also running a leg on Manhattan's victorious 4 x 100 meter relay squad at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.

2007-08 Indoors: Finished first in the 400 meters (50.66) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 8...Placed second in the 200 meters (22.31) and sixth in the 400 at the Fordham Invitational on Jan. 11...Captured fifth place in the 200 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Feb. 1), posting a time of 22.50 seconds...Ran a season-best time of 49.66 seconds in the 400 at the Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9...Won the gold medal in the 200 (22.43) and bronze in the 400 (50.01) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22, as Manhattan claimed the team title...Competed in the 200 meters at the IC4A Championships (March 9), placing 11th with a time of 22.25 seconds.

Before Manhattan: Named a Scholar Athlete by the Journal News and Journal News Athlete of the Year in 2006...Led Clarkstown South High School to county and Section 1 championships in 2006...School-record holder in six events (55, 200, 300, 400, 4 x 200, 4 x 400)...Anchored the state champion 4 x 400-meter relay squad in 2007, and also ran the anchor leg for the Section 1 record-breaking 4 x 200 and county-record breaking 4 x 400 teams...Posted third-best 400-meter time ever run in Rockland County.
