2013-14 Indoors: Grabbed second in the 1000 meters at the NYU Saturday Night Shootout on Jan. 18, recording a time of 3:01.05…Placed eighth in the 1000 (3:02.93) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Finished third in the 800 meters (2:16.07) at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 7…Won the 800 in a time of 2:15.98 at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Earned the bronze medal in the 800 (2:15.20) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2013 Cross Country: Manhattan’s top finisher in each of the Jaspers’ nine meets…Took fourth overall and first among Division I runners at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7, running 4000 meters in 15:23.08…Finished fifth at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14, completing the 5000-meter course in 18:48.45…Posted a time of 19:54.70 for 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 11, good for 33^rd place…Placed 37^th overall at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1, posting a time of 24.28.44 for 6000 meters… Had a season-best clocking of 23:24.70 for 6000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15…Secured 40^th place with a 5000-meter time of 19:27.70 at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 23.

2013 Outdoors: Named MAAC Performer of the Week on April 9 after winning the 1500 meters in a time of 4:40.05 at the Roadrunner Invitational (April 5)…Captured the silver medal in the 1500 (4:40.74) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Competed in the invitational 800 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 17), notching a time of 2:18.62…Placed second in the 1500 (4:39.49) at the Wolfie Invitational on April 20…Grabbed first place in the 1500 (4:35.70) and finished seventh in the 800 (2:17.97) at the Lions Invitational on April 26…Took fourth in both the 800 (2:16.39) and 1500 (4:36.50) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.

2012-13 Indoors: Made Manhattan debut at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19 and won the 1000 meters in a time of 2:59.21…Secured fifth place in the 1000 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24, notching a season-best clocking of 2:57.81…Finished first in the 1000 (3:05.86) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 9…Placed sixth in both the 800 meters (2:17.17) and mile (5:01.04) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Took first in the 800 (2:13.29) at the USATF New York Open Championships on Feb. 23…Ran a season-best time of 2:12.40 in the 800 at the ECAC Championships on March 1, capturing 11^th place.
