2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a personal best in the 1,500-meters at the 2018 Colonial Relays, recording a time of 4:43.09...Won gold in the 4x800 at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:22.62...Hit a personal best in the 800-meters at Monmouth on April 22, finishing the race in 2:15.31...Won silver as part of the 4x800 team at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:03.64...Earned fourth place in the 4x800 at the 2018 ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hitting a time of 9:04.23.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed sixth in the 4x800 at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:45.09...Earned fifth in the 4x800 at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:18.90, and eighth in the DMR (13:02.51).

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Posted a career-best 6K time of 21:51.8 at the 2018 Paul Short Run on Sept. 29...Finished eighth at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13, running the 5K course in 19:02.6 and helping the Jaspers to their first Mets team win since 1986...Placed 71st at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28, running the 6K in 24:25.7.

2017 Outdoors: Ran the third leg on Manhattan’s 4x800 meter relay squad that took eighth at the Penn Relays on April 29…Posted a time of 4:46.71 in the 1500 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Also grabbed a silver medal in the 4x800 relay at the MAAC Championships.

2016-17 Indoors: Finished fourth in the mile with a season-best time of 5:10.22 at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Took eighth in the mile (5:22.63) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Placed 10^th in the 800 meters (2:16.84) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Named MAAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 28 after finishing sixth with a 5100-meter time of 19:58.95 at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Placed fifth at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, notching a time of 19:09.70 for 5000 meters…Ran 5000 meters in a season-best time of 18:38.80 to secure 20^th place overall at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Registered a time of 22:42.00 for 6000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11…Took 18^th in the university race at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 19, completing the 5000-meter course in 19:17.00.

2016 Outdoors: Posted a time of 2:16.88 in the 800 meters at the season-opening USF Bulls Invitational on March 17.

2015-16 Indoors: Placed sixth in the 800 meters (2:18.61) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Took sixth in the mile (5:08.88) at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 12…Anchored the Jaspers to a school record in the 4x800 meter relay at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 4.

2015 Cross Country: Took 37^th in the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19 after posting a time of 23:42.70 for 6000 meters…Finished 31^st at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9, completing the 5000-meter course in 20:13.80…Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 19:23.90 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Secured 47^th place at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, recording a season-best clocking of 23:02.87 over 6000 meters.

2015 Outdoors: Grabbed sixth in the 800 meters (2:22.66) at the Hurricane Invitational on March 21…Posted a time of 2:20.55 in the 800 at the Lions Invitational on April 25…Registered a season-best clocking of 2:18.60 in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2014-15 Indoors: Ran the mile at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5, finishing in 5:43…Had a season-best time of 2:21.59 in the 800 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational on Jan. 30…Won a silver medal in the 4x800 meter relay at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 6…Placed 18^th in the 800 (2:24.54) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 14.

2014 Cross Country: Made Manhattan debut at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 6 and registered a 21:25.89 clocking for 5000 meters…Took 48^th place at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, completing the 5000-meter course in 20:23.90…Posted a time of 20:25.30 for 5000 meters at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 22.

Before Manhattan: Qualified for the indoor and outdoor state championships in both the distance medley and 4x800 meter relays as a senior at Pleasant Valley High School…A member of the 4x800 squad that set a school record during her senior season…Team won the cross country conference championship in 2010…Also played soccer.
