2018 Outdoors: Earned a personal best in the 3,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Track and Field Championships, completing the race in 12:24.88 (sixth place)...Also earned a personal best in the 1,500-meters at Monmouth on April 22, running the race in 4:57.72 (second place).

2017-18 Indoors: Started the season with a second-place finish in the mile at the Manhattan Opener, finishing in 5:52.5...Was a member of the DMR team that earned a top 10 finish at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, running the relay in 13:13.14...Followed up that performance in the DMR at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, completing the race in 13:02.51(eighth place)...Earned a career best in the 1,000-meters at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23, recording a time of 3:15.33 (fifth place).

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.

Before Manhattan: A four-time all-league and three-time all-county selection at Pawling High School…Twice named First Team All-New York State in cross country…Won league titles in the 800 meters, 1500 meters, 2000 meter steeplechase and 4x400 meter relay during the 2017 outdoor season.
