2018 Outdoors: Opened the outdoor season with fourth-place finishes in the 100-meter hurdles (15.35) and 400-meter hurdles (1:05.07) at the 2018 TCNJ Lions Invitational...Helped the women's 4x100 team to a second-place finish at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 47.09...Was a member of the 4x400 team that placed fourth at the league championships with a time of 3:47.90...Placed sixth in the MAACs 100-meter hurdles event, finishing at 14.89, and also earned a personal best time of 14.68 in the event preliminaries.

2017-18 Indoors: Started the season with a second-place finish in the 4x400 (4:28.3) at the Manhattan Opener, held Dec. 1-2...Also earned third in both the high jump (1.61 meters) and long jump (5.36 meters) at that meet...Was a member of the women's 4x400 team that placed fifth at the 2018 Yale Invitational on Jan. 13, finishing in a time of 4:18.91...Earned top 10 finishes in both the 60-meter hurdles (9.20) and the high jump (1.55 meters) at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Placed 11th in the long jump (4.94 meters) and the triple jump (10.68 meters) at the league championships.

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2017 Outdoors: Competed in the 100 meter hurdles (15.41), triple jump (36’9) and long jump (17’2¾) at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Snagged third place in the 100 hurdles (14.82) and seventh in the 200 meters (26.08) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Took second in the 100 hurdles (14.99) and fifth in the 200 (26.99) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 1…Notched a season-best time of 25.82 seconds to secure seventh place in the 200 at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Placed seventh in the 200 (26.38), 10^th in the high jump (5’1) and 11^th in the 100 hurdles (15.43) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Made Manhattan debut at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3 and took first in both the 60 meter hurdles (9.20) and triple jump (38’3¼)…Ended up second in the 60 hurdles (9.096) and third in the triple jump (36’7) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Finished first in the high jump (5’5) and second in the shot put (31’3¼) at the Fordham Vince Forte Invitational on Jan. 13…Earned MAAC Field Performer of the Week honors on Feb. 7 after winning the pentathlon with 3557 points at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Secured fifth place in the triple jump (36’8½) and sixth in the 60 hurdles (8.94)…Placed 11^th in the pentathlon (3301) at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 3.

Before Manhattan: Won the New York State title in the pentathlon as a junior at Bayport-Blue Point High School…Earned All-America honors in the pentathlon…Crowned an outdoor state champion in the 100 meter hurdles and the triple jump in 2016…A six-time all-county selection.
