2012 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Led the Jaspers with a 19th-place finish at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1, completing the 4000-meter course in 16:11.40…Crossed the line in 24:457.95, the best time on the team, for 6000 meters at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15…Finished 61st overall at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 27, notching a 6000-meter time of 24:32.96…Had a season-best clocking of 20:15.70 over 5000 meters at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 17.
2012 Outdoors: Won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the FDU Knight Invitational (March 31), posting a time of 11:47.41…Took third in the steeplechase (11:44.51) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 13)…Grabbed fifth place in the steeplechase (11:56.65) while also finishing 14th in the 1500 meters (5:06.12) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6).
2011-12 Indoors: Finished first in the 3000 meters at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1, posting a time of 11:12.28…Notched a time of 10:48.56 in the 3000 at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9, good for second place…Grabbed 10th place in the 3000 (10:46.96) and 12th in the mile (5:16.88) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Competed in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17), placing 10th overall in 10:46.96.
2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 13th-place finish at the Army Open on Sept. 2, running 5000 meters in 19:40.90…Placed 56th overall at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, completing the 5000-meter course in 20:18…Finished second among Manhattan runners at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28), taking 71st place overall with a 6000-meter time of 25:09.40…Had a season-best time of 24:46.90 over 6000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 12.
