2014 Outdoors: Placed fourth in the 3000 meter steeplechase (11:57.34) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 4…Recorded a season-best time of 5:03.15 in the 1500 meters at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Took eighth in the steeplechase (12:02.56) and also ran the 1500 (5:05.01) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.
2013-14 Indoors: Finished second in the mile (5:48.9) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Took sixth in the mile at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13, notching a season-best time of 5:43.54…Placed 14th in the 3000 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21, recording a time of 11:06.46.
2013 Cross Country: Made Manhattan debut at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 31, grabbing 17th place over the 4000-meter course in 16:30.10…Took 14th overall at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7, running 4000 meters in 16:04.94…Had a season-best 5000-meter clocking of 19:10.31 at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14, which was good for 13th place…Placed 37th at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 11, posting a time of 20:09.68 for 5000 meters…Finished 70th at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1, completing 6000 meters in 25:25.41…Recorded a time of 24:15.80 for 6000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15.
