2018 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Took on the 1,500-meters at the TCNJ Invite, finishing in 5:29.10 and placing 22nd. 

2017-18 Indoors: MAAC All-Academic Team selection...Earned a top 10 finish in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, completing the race in 20:11.67.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a season-best 5K time of 21:27.7 (38th place)...Finished the 6K course at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships in 26:40.8 (122nd place).

2017 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Notched a season-best clocking of 19:52.99 in the 5000 meters at the Colonial Relays on March 30…Took 14^th in the 5000 (19:57.56) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Posted a time of 5:20.64 in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29.

2016-17 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Ran the 3000 meters at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21, posting a time of 11:49.57.

2016 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Secured 32^nd place with a 5100-meter time of 22:27.88 at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Notched a season-best time of 21:57.10 over 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7.

2016 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished seventh in the 10,000 meters (41:40.30) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Posted a time of 5:21.18 in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Ran the 5000 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7, recording a time of 20:07.87.

2015-16 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Had a season-best clocking of 11:10.55 in the 3000 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Registered a time of 19:40.86 in the 5000 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Posted a season-best 5000-meter time of 19:33.40 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Placed 56^th at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31 after recording a time of 23:19.54 for 6000 meters…Ran 6000 meters in 23:52.40 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13…Crossed the line in 20:11.30 after 5000 meters at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 21.

2015 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 5:23.70 clocking in the 1500 meters at the Hurricane Invitational on March 21…Ran the 5000 meters in 19:50.73 at the Rider Invitational on April 11.

2014-15 Indoors: Took 11^th in the mile (5:52.50) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5…Had a season-best time of 5:44.10 in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 16…Finished seventh in the 5000 meters (19:08.54) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Ran the mile in 5:46.82, good for 11^th place, at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 14…Posted a season-best clocking of 11:10.19 in the 3000 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 61^st overall at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, registering a 20:48.90 clocking for 5000 meters…Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 20:13 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18…Recorded a time of 25:40.76 over 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31…Completed the 6000-meter course in 24:55.90 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14…Ended the season with a 20:48.70 performance over 5000 meters at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 22.

Before Manhattan: Earned all-league and academic all-county honors as a senior at Smithtown West High School…Served as a team captain in cross country, as well as both indoor and outdoor track…Helped Smithtown West win four straight league championships (2010-13).
