2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Opened the season by earning a personal best in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 Colonial Relays finishing in 18:20.49 (33rd place)...Placed in the top 10 in the 10,000-meters at 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 43:37.56...Placed 22nd in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 18:52.17.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Kicked off the indoor season with a second-place finish in the 5,000-meters at the Yale Season Opener, running the race in 18:43.67...Placed 11th in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 18:56.80...Earned a career-best time in the mile at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23, completing the race in 5:29.42.

2017 Cross Country: Finished 58th overall at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13, finishing the 5K course in 20:59.8 and helping the Jaspers to their first team win since 1986...Completed the 6K course at the 2018 MAAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28 24:36.9, earning a 77th-place finish...Grabbed 11th place overall at the 2017 ECAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 19, finishing the 5K with a season-best 20:16.3.

2017 Outdoors: Ran the 10,000 meters at the Colonial Relays on March 30, posting a time of 39:05.82.

2016-17 Indoors: Placed eighth in the 3000 meters (10:54.40) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Registered a time of 11:10.68 in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Registered a time of 21:37.33 over 5100 meters at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 19:37.60 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Finished the 6000-meter course in 24:41.76 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2015-16 Indoors: Secured eighth place in the 3000 meters (11:04.07) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Registered a time of 10:55.00 in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Took 42^nd at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9 after running 5000 meters in 20:37.80…Registered a 19:51.20 clocking over 5000 meters at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Had a season-best 6000-meter time of 23:47.86 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31….Finished 78^th at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 21, completing the 5000-meter course in 20:05.60.

2015 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 5:11.19 clocking in the 1500 meters at the Hurricane Invitational on March 21…Finished eighth in the 5000 meters (19:35.60) at the Lions Invitational on April 25…Ran the 5000 in 20:28.24 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.

2014-15 Indoors: Finished 10^th in the mile (5:48.00) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5…Had a season-best mile time of 5:37.58 at the Metro Team Challenge on Jan. 23…Placed 12^th in the 3000 meters (11:04.36) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5.

2014 Cross Country: Recorded a season-best 5000-meter clocking of 20:22.70 at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 20…Placed 52^nd overall at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, posting a time of 20:34.80 for 5000 meters…Ran 6000 meters in 23:49.03, good for 61^st place, at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31.

Before Manhattan: Helped Albertus Magnus High School capture second place at the 2014 Class C Indoor Championships…Earned the Condon Award for courage, dedication and sportsmanship as a senior…Received the Dick Teetsel Award for Track Excellence to a Junior in 2012-13.
