2012 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed 30th overall at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept. 8), posting a time of 21:42.41 for 5000 meters…Registered a 24:20.00 clocking over 6000 meters at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 28…Manhattan’s top finisher at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 27, completing the 6000-meter course in 23:46.94 to take 41st place overall…Notched season-best 6000-meter time of 23:46.50 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 9…Finished 59th at the ECAC Championships (Nov. 17), running 5000 meters in 19:56.10.
2012 Outdoors: Placed eighth in the 1500 meters (5:09.87) and 10th in the 800 meters (2:35.26) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Notched a season-best clocking of 2:31.42 in the 800 at the Lions Invitational on April 28…Ran a season-best time of 4:58.01 in the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5), good for 12th place.
2011-12 Indoors: Secured fifth place in the 1000 meters (3:21.29) and sixth in the mile (5:31.89) at the Long Island Indoor Championships on Jan. 20…Took fourth in both the 800 meters (2:35.0) and mile (5:26.0) at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 8…Ran the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17, placing 11th in a time of 5:30.21.
2011 Cross Country: Finished 26th at the season-opening Army Open (Sept. 2), notching a time of 21:24.40 over 5000 meters…Recorded a season-best 6000-meter time of 24:56 at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30…Ran 5000 meters in 20:43 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7…Placed second among all Manhattan finishers at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28), completing 6000 meters in 25:00.90.
Before Manhattan: Helped Aquinas High School win back-to-back league cross country championships in 2009-10 and finish third in the CIF Southern Section in 2009…A three-time All-CIF selection in cross country…Named league cross country MVP in 2010 after being selected to the all-league team as a junior…Chosen to the All-CIF Southern Section Division V cross country team after placing 23rd in the state meet as a senior… Earned all-league and league MVP honors in track…Established league records over 800, 1600 and 3200 meters…Also played soccer.
